Chefs de France or Garden Grill or Captain's Grill

Ok. Need to lock in one more solo dinner. Already have reservations in Canada, UK, Italy, BW & BC. Am a really picky eater. How is Chefs de France? What about the Garden Grill? Captain's Grill? Which would you choose & why?

I chose CdF. This may be just me, but I don't think I'd want to go to a character meal alone so this rules out GG. Something about character meals just seems like a shared activity to me. If I was staying at YC or BC then I'd probably choose CG but I don't like having to leave a park to eat if I'm already at a park so that's why I chose CdF over CG. The only time I leave a park to go to a resort ADR is when I'm staying at a nearby resort and I'm not going back to the park. Again, that's just my own preference.

If we're looking strictly at the food then I'd just look over the menus and decide which suited my tastes best.

I don't find Chefs or GG superflexible on menu choices or special requests.

I think since you are a picky eater, you should look at the menus and see which one has the menu that is most appealing to you.

How is the food at Chefs? Is it worth a dining credit? How flexible are they with substitutions (such as green beans instead of braised tomato or mashed potatoes instead of gratin potatoes)?
