Chefs de France--Opinions??

Would you give Chefs a thumbs up or a thumbs down?

I'd like to try a new WS restaurant on our next trip, and this one is a possibility. Our kids will be just-turned 12 and just-turned 10 for the trip. The 10 y.o. will probably prefer to order off the kid's menu, but the 12 y.o. will probably want something off the adult's menu. I'm aiming for a late lunch or early dinner if we eat there.

Do you recommend Chefs? Why or why not?

Yes...we ate there for lunch in Oct. and it was really good. We both enjoyed our meals thoroughly. The atmosphere is nice, and it's a peaceful restaurant. Definitely recommend it.

We loved it and will be going back this year for dinner. The french onion soup is TDF!

Thumbs down here. Used to like it but we feel it's declined.

Great service and excellent food. We have never had a bad meal the many, many times we have dined there.

We had a negative experience there in September. The place was a madhouse and the service was slow to non-exisitent. The food was okay, but it took us so long to just get the appetizers.

I am glad to see others found Le Chefs to be good. We will give it another try, but it was cramped, loud and chaotic when we went.

If your kids enjoyed the movie Ratatouie, they may like asking for the kid's menu. It is printed on a stiff paper that they can turn into a chef's hat to wear.

Christmas Day dinner was quite nice there!

we loved it. the onion soup is super good as is everything else that we had there - i was with 4 other people and everyone really liked what they had and i don't think any of us had the same thing.
