Chefs de France - need to avoid dairy

We're hoping to do Chefs for lunch on our next trip, as we would really love to see Remy. My family will have no troubles eating there as they love cheesy things, but I am lactose intolerant and thus really need to avoid dairy. I have eaten at several accommodating places at Disney, but was wondering if anyone with the same problem has eaten at Chefs? Did you have a good experience?

Chefs de france had delicous food and great service! I would highly recommend this place, they also have entee's that don't have cheese or milk in them.

Here are a few of the entree's they served without cheese in them:
-beef short braised ribs
-duck
-salmon

Thanks! I saw those on the menu, but was concerned about things being fixed in butter too. I know I can ask the waiter, or chef, but was just curious if others had done the same thing. Really looking forward to trying it!
