Chef TJ at 'Ohana is AMAZING with Food Allergies!!

He went ABOVE and BEYOND our wildest expectations for DS's meal at 'Ohana. DS is allergic to wheat, barley, rye, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts. Chef TJ made him a FEAST!!! DS knew he had the best food in the whole restaurant-- he was beaming. I will post pics later-- the food chef TJ served was just unbelieveable!!! If your child has food allergies, you MUST eat at 'Ohana-- I wish we were super rich and could hire chef TJ as our own personal chef! --Katie

I agree with that - he is the best chef hands down on the property for those with food allergies. He used to be at Boma. I just wish we could know for sure if we'd be there on a night he is working.

Chef TJ come to Ohana's from Boma's where he was the dessert chef. How do I know this? From the amazing desserts he served to our family each time we went to Boma's. He is just the best when it comes to service and he is so warm and kind. We even brought him a gift last time we went.

We are sorry not to have him at Boma's but we stop and say Hi to TJ at Ohana's.

I didn't get his work schedule, but I did tell him he was famous (b/c all the disney food allergy moms rave about him!!). I started a dining review of our trip if anyone's interested.
