How long, would you say, a dinner at Chef Mickey's will be? An hour show? Longer? Just trying to get an idea of time, for planning purposes.

From the time you sit down. I would allow an 1hr & 15 to 20 min.

Anywhere between an hour and an hour 20 depending on how quickly the characters get to you. I would not expect it to be any less than an hour though.
