Chef mickeys/tusker house

Have been trying for weeks to get a chef mickeys ADR with no luck. I do have a Tusker House breakfast ADR. Should I give up on Chef Mickeys? Will we get a similar experience at TH? Thanks for any input!

Similar? No... Better experience at Tusker House...YES! CM was the 1st character meal that we ever did and I highly doubt that we ever go back there. I would do TH in a minute (even them losing our ressie and waiting over an hour). Cm is REALLY Intense! We just didnt care for it and felt very very rushed. That's my 2 cents. I think you will be very happy with TH, keep in mind that it is more african themed food, they still have regular stuff (eggs, bacon, waffles).

I havent done CM since I was a kid. We are going to do it this Nov. TH I love we have done it the last 2 trips and it is our favorite character meal. The interaction is great. I am a real picky eater and even though they have african fare they have plenty that I would eat. Hands down our fav.

Dont give up if you really want CM though.

I enjoyed CM more - the charaters stayed at my table longer & the tables had more room than at TH
TH did have food that was better but the usually breakfast food seemed to be about the same
CM does have an extra Character but the photo package is with a statue
TH the photo package is with Donald

I agree! This is an excellent breakfast and character experience. Plus there are plenty of regular breakfast foods @ TH for the DSB. There is actuallly more "American" style breakfast foods than anything else I think. It's been many months, and my DH still talks about how wonderful the cinnamon rolls were...
