We have a tradition of doing Chef Mickey for dinner on arrival day, but haven't been to WDW since all the free dining and hard-to-get ADR's started. Is it reasonable to think I can get an ADR for 2 for 6-7 pm for Day 180?

Yes - you will be able to get Chef Mickey's at day 180. We were able to get it even within 3 months of our stay. Enjoy!

We booked ours at 180 a few weeks ago no problem. I also notice there seems to be cancellations at CM close to the ADR date, so if you don’t get your exact time I’d check back close to your trip!
