Had a lazy start to the day today. Tea and biscuits in bed then got up and had the complimentary full breakfast buffet (we got 2 brekkies and a dinner cos of being with Virgin). It had everything you'd expect and you could make your own Mickey waffles with syrup, strawberries and cream etc for the top - yummy!
Took Ellis to the hotel playground to burn off his waffles - nice big - clean - area with bark on the floor and a large climbing frame etc. Its also only accessible via your room key so its nice and safe too. Back to the room to get our cozzies on and had a dip in the pool - no photos -thank god! Scorching hot today so showered and headed to Disneyquest for the airconditioning!
Ground floor - best thing of all - Pirates of the Caribean - quest for gold. You enter a room - one of you is the captain and has to steer the ship and the others have to fire the cannons. Its all 3d and the floor wobbles to give the sea sickness feel . Great game! - try it!
Couldn't eat the cheesecakes here cos they were all next to each other and lots of them had nuts in so couldnt risk it
Headed over to Pleasure Island area and had a pint in the Raglan Road Irish pub. Didnt eat but the menu looked nice.
We walked accross to the Lego Store and played outside for an eternity building and racing cars. When I could stand no more I headed to Mickeys Mart - never seen this shop before - dont know if its new but its great! - everything is under $10. They also have a "special" of the week - if its got a green cross on the original price tag its 4 for $10. I got 2 huge mugs - 1 Jiminy Cricket and 1 Tinkerbell, 1 beanie Mickey and an xmas bauble all for $10. The total would normally have been $48! - not bad eh! - I love a bargain!
Headed to MGM.

We ate at Commisionaires - WARNING - DONT EAT THERE - YUK DOES NOT DESCRIBE IT - I had the chicken curry and rice - not only did we queue for over 30 minutes to get it, it was soooooo awful I could only eat 2 mouthfuls before I gave up. Hubby tried it (and he normally eats anything!) and even he couldnt eat it. Never again.
It was heaving in the park today - extramagic hours -

It was standing room only at Fantasmic but Daddys shoulders came handy so Ellis got a good view.
Home by 9.25pm.Wine, beer and triple choc cheesecake for pudding.
It was still 80 degrees at 10pm tonight, todays high was 92 but it felt much hotter today.
Heavy snow fell in Rapid City South Dakota - 6 foot altogether over the last 3 days. You could only tell where cars were parked if you could see the aerial sticking out the snow! Tornados in Oklahoma too so I'm glad we're in Orlando!
