Cheese plate for dessert on DDP at sig restaurants?

I haven't been to WDW in a couple years so i just can't remember. Is the cheese plate available as a dessert on the dining plan at signature restaurants? I seem to remember getting the cheese plate for dessert on DDP at California Grill but that was a couple years ago. Does anyone know if this is offered at any or all of the signature restaurants?

it was available for dessert at Artist's Point and Narcoosee's in February 2012...actually on the dessert menu at one of those (can't remember which) and at the other one, my hubby asked about the availability and was told certainly he could have the cheese plate.
