Santa must be tired of cookies and milk by the time he reaches our house. Last year he left a note asking for cheese and crackers with spicy brown mustard!

Usually cookies and milk, and carrots for the reindeer, but once when dd was about 3 and in a mac 'n cheese phase, we left mac 'n cheese for Santa. He must have liked it, because it was gone in the morning.

We leave something different every year - Santa needs variety, after all. He gets tired of all that milk and cookies at everyone else's house.
One year it was beer and pretzels, one year it was a nice turkey sandwich.
And yes, something for the reindeer - usually carrots or celery, one year it was trail mix.

One Christmas DS,then 3, decided at the last minute the reindeer needed a snack and I had NO vegetables in the house. I told him they like coconut so it's been coconut on the front porch ever since.
