Good morning. Are you dry Tricia? I heard that parts of Louisiana were having heavy rains. My mom is doing really well, she just can't get an appointment with the orthopedic surgeon. It's a workmans comp situation so who knows where it's being held up. My dad and I suprised her with a laptop last night and she started crying she was so touched. My dad, who didn't really want to spend the money is now quite proud of himself!

Good morning. I'm feeling grumpy this morning. A rock hit my winshield on the way to work and what started as a 2 inch crack is currently about 6. I hate that!

Well, I have a cold, so feeling a little grumpy here too.

We had the same thing happen to our Odyssey's windshield a couple of weeks ago. Insurance had it replaced within a couple of days, though, since the passenger side of our window was smashed in.

Gotta love those coal and gravel haulers around here. Or not.

Poor Grim! I'm sorry you have a cold. I have been fighting a sore throat but I don't have time to be sick so I've been ignoring it. So far it seems to be working. Hope you feel better soon!


I also want to apologize for my spelling mistakes in my last post. I'm too lazy to fix them so I'll just send out an apology and hope that you won't hold them against me.

I am so that Susan couldn't bother herself to correct her spelling mistakes. It's just so irresponsible, and I can't express how disappointed I am in her. I hope she realizes this mistake, and may God have mercy on her immortal soul.

Yeah, I think God has better things to worry about than my spelling problems. I'd also like to point out that I am a pretty good speller, I am just not the best typist. So there.

I've been crazy busy this week with work and the kids. You know how it goes a couple of weeks after school starts. Everyone starts getting the sniffles.

Hey all! Lots going on. Had to work today, then go to a 3 year olds birthday party. Her daddy got her a 4-wheeler, and she was running over everyone she could with it . Luckily it would only go 2.5mph.


Apparently not quite as dangerous as a tricycle. Susan, how is your mom? Did she ever hear anything? Hope she's healing well.

Jordan has infection in both ears. Poor thing feels like doggy doo.

Well, I'm gonna go surf the cable and see what's not on.

Good Morning. I hope you all had a great weekend. Busy busy around here. I don't think I got on the computer the whole weekend. So now I play catch up.

Yesterday morning we had temps in the 70's. It was so nice. We'll be back to the upper 80's today but at least that's a sure sign that the 90's have gone bye bye till next year.
