Howdy y'all!
This week has been nucking futs, in a word (OK, technically that's a couple of words, but you get my drift). Last night was an Open House for our first house built by the development company. The contractor was behind over the weekend, so a couple of us were out there yesterday morning doing landscape finishing touches. Just not me... I was blowin' & goin' on my architectural projects. The realtors-only Open House was early in the afternoon, and then the public Open House was last night. We had a great turnout for the realtors' O.H. (according to our realtor), and the public O.H. was humming along nicely when we left at 7:30. Now, all we gotta do is finish the other two houses, sell this one (and the other two once they're finished), and start building some more. The bank will be happy, our personal finances will be much happier... If these houses sell within an acceptable price range, KAMommy & I have got some of our proceeds from that sale (or those sales - fingers crossed) earmarked to buy add-on DVC points for the Animal Kingdom Villas later this year.
I have three small projects to finish before I leave for WDW late next week. That'll be a squeaker whether they'll be done by then. I had a great marketing meeting on Monday - a church KAMommy & I attended early in our marriage (early '90s) is wanting to do some master planning and discuss adding on to their facilities. I think the meeting went very, very well - and I was able to show quite a bit of familiarity with the buildings. We have to estimate our fee, so if that is acceptable to them... Hopefully we can jet off to WDW with positive news on that project too!

I did buy a new pair of shoes last night so at least I did something important. 
Got dressed, had breakfast then wanted to look at the Disney Hotels because they had over an hour before school. So my morning DIS time took a back burner to looking at all the lovely Disney Hotels.
