Cheddar Cheese soup to go?

Just wondering if you can get cheddar cheese soup and pretzel bread to go. If so, do you call ahead or just ask at the check-in podium? We will not be eating at Le Celliar but would love to try the soup. TIA

I would like to know this too. I know you can get the soup at the Canadian pavillion at the food and wine festival which will be on whilst we are there, but would love to know if I can get some of the pretzel bread to go with it.

yes you can. But that is all you can get to go, breadsticks and cheese soup.

Are you kidding me? I might cancel my ADR now That is all I want to eat. Walking around dipping my bread in soup and looking at all the christmas decorations in the countries sounds SO nice!

Don't count on it While you might be able to do this sometimes, it is not guarenteed. I tried to get the soup and breadsticks to go a couple weeks ago and was told they will do this if there are extra servers available (ie. aren't busy), but the day I tried the restaurant was busy so I wasn't able to.

They had tiny amounts of the cheese soup available from their kiosk at the Food festival last november when I went -- no pretzel bread, though!

I've read mixed opinions on this. Some have reported they were able to get the soup and breadsticks, others say they were refused. I have an ADR for LeCellier for my November trip so it doesn't matter than. But for February they aren't on my list of places we're eating. So I told DD (who is the soup fanatic in our house) that we would ask at the podium. I figure the worst thing they can do is say no.

yes you can. But that is all you can get to go, breadsticks and cheese soup.

You can also get beer to go...we've done it before.

I am the type of person that will eat at the rest. for dinner and still get the cheddar cheese soup to go...I love going to Disney just to eat!!
