Hi there,

Is there anyway to check on my shipboard credit prior to cruising? The reason I am asking is that we were due a couple of hundred dollars from Expedia to which they said they would credit our on board account. I was not impressed by the slipshod way they treat their customers.

Any info most welcome.

IF You Calll DCl they will anwser your Questions like that..
Since you booked thru an agent any changes would have to go thru them , but they should anwser that for You.

I booked with AAA and they showed me a voucher for my ship board credit in my documents. The TA told me to turn that in, then make sure at guest services the credit showed up. :flower:

I would also call DCL & ask them to email or fax you a copy of their notes with the credit on it. That way when you get onboard & someone at GS says that they have no record of it...you will. :)

I used Dreams and they confirmed the amount of my SBC, coming from the UK I prepaid when the £/$ rate was good.
