I have a package parkhopper question. Parkhopper tickets are good for 14 days from first use correct? What I want to know is if you are staying at a Disney resort and you have purchased a 7 day parkhopper in a PACKAGE and you check out of the resort can you still use your remaining unused parkhopper days within the 14 day period?:confused3

At the resort when you check in, are the Parkhopper tickets and your key to the world card the same thing?

Yes, your KTTW card will be used for: your room key, tickets, charging to room, and DDP (if you're on it).

Even after you check out, the tickets will still be good until they expire (or forever if you add the non-expiring option), DDP will be good until midnight of the day of check out, and you can still charge to your room on day of check out.

So are you saying, that if I check out of my resort, go on a cruise for 4 days to Nassau and when I come back to Orlando I could use my old key to the world cards to get into the parks if they have unused parkhopper days or water fun days? EVEN if I have checked into another resort? I thought that would not work in a vacation package, but would work if I purchase my tickets seperately. This could change a lot for me if it is true!

If you have days left on your tickets and they haven't expired, yes you can still use them until they expire. You can go on a cruise, go to the beach or even :shudder: go to Universal and then come back and use the rest of your days.

Alot of times people do this with split stays, get a package with 10day hopper and stay 4nts at the first resort and then 5 nts (or however many) at next resort. All tickets will still be on the 1st KTTW card and then 2nd (new) KTTW card will just have room & charging privileges on it.

Just make sure you don't lose your KTTW card or confuse it with a new one.

That made me laugh. :lmao:
Thanks for all of your quick responses! I have been to Disneyworld before with a package but haven't dealt with the whole returning thing.

My husband and I did exactly that. We were staying at the airport hotel the day we returned from our cruise and decided to rent a car and drive to disney for one more day at MK.

Well tht just makes my day! Thanks to all!
