checking in

In December I will be taking my family, my sister and 2 brothers and their families. Originally we were all going to drive down on Sat. stop on the way and spend the night and finish the rest of the drive on Sunday. Now my husband will not get off of work until early Sunday morning---3 or 4---and that is when we will begin our drive. If all the rooms are under my name can they still check into their room with out me---or do I need to change the reservations to each of their names. I kept my name on them to help us be roomed by each other. There will be 19 of us and 5 rooms. Thanks for the input.

They'll need to have their own names on the rooms to check in without you.

we are doing the same for christmas, i have my name on all the ressies right now, when we get closer i will just go and add there name on the ressies, just remember if you are using points and paying cash on any of the rooms during your stay a member has to be staying in that room or you can not get the cash /discount on that room.
just add there name but keep yours just in case you end up flying and you beat everyone there and you can still check them in, and they can always add a credit card later.
