What day of the week is the busiest for checking in. We arrive early next Sunday morning. We are staying at the all star music Resort I am hoping that I can request the Jazz building on the ground floor. I Would like some input on what my chances are are being able to do this?

would not suggest any ground floor at any of the values. too many people could walk by.

but the Jazz is a great selection!

don't know if it is Sat or Sun - both are pretty busy days to check in at a WDW resort

Disney won't guarantee any requests that you make but they do make notations on your reservation. I think I would go ahead and call Disney reservations now (407-W-DISNEY) and ask that they make a notation on your reservation. I think your chances of getting your requests honored are more likely if you do it ahead of time.

Definitely call and have your request noted on your reservation before you get there. Disney will assign rooms about three days before you get there. Requests are almost never guaranteed but if it's noted, then the room assignor can do his/her best to meet your wishes.

If your first floor request is for medical reasons, have that noted as well.
