Checking in to THV

We are making our first trip to THV with DVC. There are 9 of us, but we are coming from 4 different places and arrive at all different times throughout the day. My family arrives first at around 10 am. For all the others, how do they checkin and leave luggage, etc. They don't arrive until the afternoon and we plan to head to the park.

Also, if we go to the grocery store on our way in, will they allow the groceries to be delivered even if we are not there? Just trying to figure all of this out. Thanks for the advice.

When your family arrives, you can leave the other keys at the front desk and when your guests arrive they go to the area to get their keys. Everyone can leave their luggage with Bell Services until the room is ready and Bell Services will deliver the luggage to the THW once the you are in the room to receive the luggage. If some people waited around until the room is ready, the Bell Services person will drive them over to the THV with their luggage.

Groceries can be stored with Bell Services. Just indicate which bags need to be refrigerated.

These things will not be delivered to the THV unless someone is there to receive them.

There is only room for 1 car at your treehouse. Extra cars have to be left elsewhere, the CM who checks you in will advise you about that. We've only had one car when we've stayed at the THV.
