Checking in for flight from resort

Hello everyone! We will be traveling to WDW on July 19th. We can't wait!! When we depart WDW to come home we will check into Magical Express for our luggage. We are flying Airtran so we will have baggage fees. My question is - since we will be checking in for our flight and checking our luggage at the resort how do i pay the baggage fees for our bags? I would assume this has to be paid to the airline. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Information will be slipped under your door the day before departure. There is a number to call to pay the fees.
