checking in early (around 7am) wondering about magic bands

Recently back from a trip. We checked in just before 9:00. Our room was not ready, but they gave us the MBs. We also were sent a text when our room was ready for us. We just left our luggage at the bell station, and it was in our room that evening when we came back. We even had a case of water, and the bellman said for us to leave that also.
