Checking in at the terminal as Canadian

Going on the Western in March 2005. I plan on dropping off DW, DD, and DSIL at the port and returning the rental car back to the rental agency and taking ther shuttle back to the port.

As we are all Canadians can my party check in without me while I'm returning the rental or do they have to wait untill I get back. Also do I need to keep my paper work separate from the rest of my party so I can get back into the terminal?

I think it would be best if you kept your paperwork with you so that they can head into the terminal. You won't be let in without it!
