Checking in a day early at Orange Lake?

We are arriving a day early and we were going to stay overnight at an inexpensive hotel. However, I am wondering if I would be able to check in a day earlier at the timeshare. Has anyone else done this and how much extra did you have to pay? I tried e-mailing Orange Lake, but I have not gotten any response yet.

You have quite some time until you arrive. I would make sure that I contacted the resort directly to work out the details.

I have been able to purchase extra cash nights from several timeshares in the orlando area. You can check Orange Lake's website, sometimes they have specials for RCI members.

In May we are staying at the Royal Palms Villas through Marriott timeshares. We purchased an extra night by contacting Marroitt directly.

Bumping this up to the top since I am also interested in this.
My husband's friend has built up a few weeks he cannot use and we are going the Sunday after Thanksgiving November 28-December 5 . We only have to pay the price to move to the week we want (My mom is taking us) We are getting a 3 bedroom We would have preferred to go down Friday or Saturday. If we can pay extra and get the extra night at OL then we will go but not too sure about going on Saturday and staying in another hotel and then moving again on Sunday since we won't be going to the parks on Saturday. I figured if I couldn't get a 3 bedroom from Sat-Sat. then I wouldn't have any luck trying to arrive a day early. Maybe I'll give them a call too. Thanks.

FYI:

I called OL 's reservation line and asked. They said I would get the owner's rate of 146.00. However, I could not request this until the week before my vacation. Since we are arriving very late that night(10:00), I felt this was not worth the extra cash. Instead, I got a Priceline airport hotel for 40.00.
