Checking Existing Reservations

Is there any way to check on existing reservations on-line? We have an upcoming trip and asked for certain rooms when we made the initial reservations.

There use to be a way to check online only if they were made online. I don't think that link is there since they have redone the site....

I made my ressie with CRO and was able to check it on line at www.disney.com using my reservation number. I will say however, that the info on line was incorrect. It has me in a standard room when I booked a woods view room--which is what it says on my confirmation. I figure as long as I have the written confirmation I should be OK, but I will probably call CRO just to check.

When I made my ressies through CRO, I was told that if you make your reservations on the phone, you can only confirm or modify the reservation by phone. I've tried several times to see if I could view the ressie on the disney.com website, but every time I enter the number, it says that the reservation cannot be found. I think it would be great if we could view our reservations online!

I booked my reservations for next week a week ago over the phone (so I could get the AAA rate)... the other day I checked online, entered my confirmation # and it came right up. All was correct as well.

Not sure why it works for some and not others!

I made my reservation by phone and since that day I can go to waltdisneyworld.com and check them out. You have to log in first. Then go to My disney vacation and on the right hand side they have a place for your reservation number and you also have to put in your phone number. Everything should be there.

what link on disney.com are you using? I used the "My Vacations" link and entered my reservation and phone number and I couldn't get it to work.

Cool..thanks! They did have one name wrong (we did have that person on gathering, but alas, they are unable to come). Pretty neat seeing it all up there.

Okay, I found out that my phone number that was printed on my confirmation letter was incorrect - so when I tried to enter my (correct) phone number online, the reservation could not be found.

I re-entered the phone number printed on the letter and there it was! The information listed online was incorrect and I just called CRO to verify everything - and the CM said to disregard what I saw online and go by the info printed on the confirmation letter.

Yes, just go to waltdisneyworld.com, click "my vacation." Enter in the confirmation number you were given and phone number. It should pull up your reservation. However it won't show specific room requests.

Woah..they are fast. I called about the wrong name and the mis-spelled name, and they are all fixed on line!!
