Mine was all marked at 50% but when scanned they all rang up at 70% so I stocked up for next year. Some of the Mead single subject notebooks have a coupon sheet in there that can be used on some of the items making them close to free. (Five Star) And theres a .75 off Puffs that's pretty good with cold and flu season coming up.

Thanks for the tip! I buy for "adopted" families for Christmas and I like to get each kid a backpack with school supplies.

I checked out WalMart the other day and while they did have a clearance rack, several of the items on it were full price (Crayola crayons for one). I thought that was downright thievery.

thanks for the tip. Off to Target tomorrow. I buy stuff to put in my grandson's gift bags for birthday parties. He just had his 8th birthday and everyone got crayons, colored pencils, Huge erasers, sharpeners and markers in their gift bags and it probably cost me $1.00 each. I store it up in the attic till the following year's party.
I try to give it to the teachers but they said last year they have enough and don't need anything.

I was at my Target earlier this week and I now have a stockpile of notebook filler paper. .27 cents each and they had tons! 3 teenagers equals a lot needed! Also got the nice 5 packs of pocket dividers for .68. The kids needed several separate binders with dividers for each class so we use these a lot! Got plenty for next year! Also, lawn and garden has some nice deals. Got Dh a 50 ft hose for 2.98!
