I had 8 one day park hoppers as comp tickets because Disney took 8 days off 2 non expiration tickets when we weren’t even in Orlando. Long story, but I showed the cast member pics of us on the Disney fantasy for the days they said we used our tickets. Got the comp tickets. I called and had them assigned to my kids for a trip we all took together. You might be able to assign yours to someone else if you call.

Its just messed up that they keep doing this to so many people over and over again. Im also worried they took several of my 5 day tickets with no date on it. That's over $1-2k worth possibly gone... bc I wasn't keeping track back then.

You have to be on the ball with Disney. I started taking pics of all my non expire tickets so I could keep track and make sure the days were used correctly. That is how I discovered the missing 8 days.

I went to guest services and showed them the pics of the correct number of days and the current number of days. I asked for the dates I supposedly used those missing 8 days. She told me and I showed her pics from us on the Disney fantasy and told her that was physically impossible. Had to get a supervisor involved, but did get the comp tickets. What a mess dealing with Disney ticketing.

I might try that, I did ask when i went to Gr and was told they couldn’t do that because I had a 3 day ticket to begin with and since one day was used off from it, the one day comp ticket had to be assigned to me and that I couldn’t reassign the two days remaining since the ticket was now partially used. Even though that wasn’t my choice. I didn’t want to spend more of my time asking about it during my trip. I will try to call and see if someone can help on the phone.
