Yes 11am. You can request a late check out that morning, but it depends on how busy the hotel is. We've only gotten it once out of 5 hotels. They gave us until 12. Just call housekeeping if you want to try it.

On our last trip, we spent the day at Stormalong Bay at BC. This time, we plan on enjoying the Contemporary pool for the day.

We were told at almost every resort 1 was the latest you could check out. This last time at POR we were super friendly with the CM and she gave us to 1:30. I was shocked as I ALWAYS heard 1:00. We have received late check out at probably 75% of the hotels we have stayed at.

And you will be a guest of your resort until midnight of your check out day. You just have to be out of your room by 11:00 AM, not out of the resort entirely by 11:00 am. So, you can swim, shop, eat, drink, use the transportation to and from parks, etc. Bell Services will keep your bags so just pack a small bag for that very last day and you can stay until midnight.

Yep! I will say, if you use resort airline check in and luggage service, and you are going to a park, it is not a bad idea to have a change of clothes just in case in a small bag you leave with bell services.

In January I went to Animal Kingdom on my leaving day, and the bottom absolutely fell out as I was leaving. I bought a poncho as it started looking like rain, but my pants were SOAKED. Luckily I had thrown leggings and a sweatshirt in my carry on bag so I changed into those when I got to the resort. Another family had packed all their clothes in their checked bags and ended up with some unplanned last-minute souvenirs in the form of clothes from the resort gift shop.
