I was just in quest quarters and spotted this, a Davie Jones Costume!

It was worn by a guest character so i'm assuming its a tester clone

The costume was given away as a mistake. Those who had it are now without it. Here's a screenshot explaining why:

It's a costume. Most likely will be available in July when POTC 2 comes out. I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love the pirate costume, much more than the Davy Jones costume.

OH MAN!!!! had a field Trip with DS class today and am just now getting on did anyone from the DIS get a costume????

There were a couple that did get the costume, but they had it removed from their inventory when VMK closed to fix the error. When they went back in after it reopened they no longer had it.


One question though, that is not the "girl" costume the testers were showing a couple of months ago. I wonder if they still plan on releasing the girl costume as a different looking costume from the boys, or if these will be a unisex costume.

My understanding is that if your character is wearing either costume, you still have it. Once you change, it will be gone. Was talking with someone in the Davey Crockett costume hours after they were "recalled" and she still had it. It goes away once it goes back into your inventory. Otherwise, I supposed your character would be left with not clothes on!!! hahaha!

So, if I had that pirate costume - i would never take it off!!

The reason I asked is because of what VMK_Runo has said -- "magic, it will be back, don't worry." I didn't realize the "magic" he mentioned, was Magicgypsy... Doh!
