We will be in IOA at the 24 hour check-in point for our SWA flight home. Is there somewhere in the park that will check you in to your flight?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hmmmmmm...that's a good question. I'm not sure if Guest Services would do that type of thing for you but my guess would be no. I have never seen anywhere in either park that would check in guests. I could be wrong but again...I would say no.

could you have someone back at home do it for you? When you get to the airport, they can print you out a copy of your boarding pass.

I've also heard of an online site that will do it, but I have never used them.

HTH!

I thought about getting someone back home to do it, but I'm confused as to whether or not you need to have the printout when you check in. There would be no way to get that if I'm in the park.

I don't fly that often, so that's why I'm asking. ...and I don't have the Web on my cellphone :confused3

You do not need the actual printout when you check in...you can print your boarding pass there...the important thing is to get yourself checked-in in the first place....in their system. We did this when we flew home one year and coincidentally my husband's sister and her husband were on the same flight (not planned). Well, they were in WDW at the 24 hr. mark, and we were at Dad's. She gave us their confirmation number and I checked us and them in. I did print their boarding passes, as we planned to meet at the Disney store outside security, but when they checked their luggage, they just had them print them out.

You can have someone else check you in...they just need your confirmation number and last name. Once they check you in, you can have them print your BP at luggage check in...just be ready to show ID.

You can also use your cell phone to check in if you have internet capability and reprint boarding passes at the airport. We always do this for our flight home.

The OP does not have internet phone....hence the question..... ;)

Bubba's Mom is completely correct - you do not need to have the boarding passes printed.

We have checked in using our laptop in our room 3x now and since we did not have a printer with us, we did not print the boarding passes.

When we checked our bags at curbside check-in, they printed the boarding passes for us there. No problems and we did not lose our A boarding priority.

And in all actuality, the boarding passes from the airport are the nice small ones compared to the 8.5x11 sheets of paper you have to carry around if you print them yourself.

The idea is to get "checked into their system" early....don't need printout ;) If you have seen the "new" way they are going to board, you'd get it. When you check in, you will get the "letter" assignment AND a number.....that's how you will board... For example, A1-10 first, then 11-20, etc...till thru the "A's"..... Checking in to Southwest's system is the order you get to board...not printing your pass! :thumbsup2
