Does everyone need to be present when you check in, and if they're not, can I get room keys for them all?

Everyone does not need to be present, you can get their room keys.

Just a qualifier, if you are the first to check in, the reservation MUST have your name on it, and also on each unit if you have multiple units reserved.

That's good news, thank you. Yes, the reservation is in mine and DHs name, so we'll go and sort that out while our friends take care of the children!!
