I drove by my house at lunch - no fed ex.
I won a trip to Europe last summer (non disney) so I really can't complain. 10 day cruise to italy, greece, turkey, 2 nights before in rome. Ahhhhh I miss vacationing like that.
I'm reading a lot of posts from people worrying about issues that might arise if they win, and a lot of people that seem to have an EXPECTATION that they will win.
This thread has me really curious. Is there a very high probability of winning this contest? It's a serious question. I've seen being excited about a contest and wanting to win (I'm both of these things,) but I'm reading a lot of posts from people worrying about issues that might arise if they win, and a lot of people that seem to have an EXPECTATION that they will win. I've never seen this kind of reaction to a contest, so I'm wondering if I have a better chance of winning than I think?![]()

No expectations, but I have dreamsAnd it is kind of fun to think about what we would do if we won, and for my family of six that includes some add ons. But no worrying either.. just more dreaming...
I think there's a lot of very positive people in this thread who are hoping for the best.
In terms of chances, while I don't think I have a shot in hell of winning, I do think my chances are better at a contest with 60 trips instead of 1.

I've been entering regularly via text, and have been successful in the message going through every time. But, I thought this morning "maybe I'll switch it up and enter online." So, I tried to login using my regular WDW website login information, and I can't. Do I have to create a new login just for the contest?
Thanks! And good luck to everyone! And of course, congratulations to all the winners so far - I'm available to travel with you if you require a 4th person!![]()
Hmmm, I had the opposite. I wanted to set up a login for DH with his email address and when I clicked on "enter", it automatically came back with "contratulations you are entered" without even asking me to sign in. Guess it still had my info open from a previous trip pricing or something. Now this peeved me because I already entered today via text, so I guess now I'm disqualified for the day.
Yeah, I started getting that happening as well during the second week.I enter myself and my husband. I looked everywhere on the OMDD contest page and could not find anything to sign out from.
After 2 or 3 days I discovered the trick to stopping that. Each morning I enter my husband's e-mail. Then I go to WDW Resort's home page where I discover my husband is magically logged in. I sign him out. Then go back to OMDD's contest page and now I am able to enter my e-mail address without getting the "congratulations you are entered" a second time.
The only thing I can suggest to those who enter both husband & wife OR are switching between texting or online daily is to head over to WDW Resort's page and log out after you enter the contest online.

Because this is 60 seperate contests, the general public will enter once and forget they have to enter daily
So i honestly think DISers, who are disney maniacs- DO have a better chance!![]()
Agreed! Also, most of the general public may not have correct/updated home address info AND/OR check their junk folder. They could win and be disqualified shortly after without even knowing. All of which increases the odds for DISers once again.
Anyone else think it's odd that there's STILL only 4 winners on the website??

So when our names get drawn, don't we get an email or phone call before a FedEx package would show up at the door???
