We are going in June. Five days in the park and 4 nights at the resort, so I know I’ll only have 4 days worth of dining credits. We don’t mind eating a couple meals out of parks or out of pocket. My question is, I know check in isn’t until 3, but we will be doing the virtual check in, and be in the park already. We’d rather eat lunch in the park, and take a break at dinner time to physically take our stuff to the room and eat out of the park. Would the dining credits be available to me before the 3 pm check in time?

We always check in online and I've never had any issues using credits before check in time. We have usually gotten our room ready text before trying to use credits, though, I'm not sure if that matters.

If you do online check in, credits are available from morning of check in til 11:59 day of checkout. We always do lunch before getting in our room. We use dining plan.

Yes. They will be available to you once you do online checkin.
We always do dinner on arrival night, and lunch before heading home on departure day. This way we use all our DDP Credits over the “ extra day” of our trip
