Check in day same day at moonlight magic - this counts right?

We actually have 3 reservation in April - Poly 2 rooms one under my name and the other on my points but under my in laws name. On 4/17 (which is the DVC Moonlight Magic at AK) we are actually moving to AKL and all of us will be in a 2 BR. I am going to use my reservation number for AKL to sign up for moonlight magic - Will I run into any issues with it being our check in day? I am guessing not, but figured i'd ask if anyone else encounter a problem.

I have a related question...we arrive at Disney on 4/17 but we are staying at all star sports that night. We move to BLT on 4/18 thru 4/24.

Will we be able to get tickets tomorrow? And if so - will we be limited to 4 because that’s how many are in our all stars room or can we go to 6 ?

Yes, it just requires a stay somewhere on property to sign up tomorrow. You should be able to book for yourself plus up to 5 guests.
