Check Financing

I financed my purchase through WDW. Is there anyplace to see how much I still owe? I went to the dvcmember.com site, but it only had a link to check on annual dues, not payment history.
Anyplace else I should be looking?

Funny you should ask this question... I have been trying to get the answer for this for days now.. I have asked my Rep.. and she told me the website.. but I can't find it there.. so, I called her back and left a message saying.. Not there.... where can I find it.. and I have yet to hear back from her... So.. I too would be interested to know the answer to this.. I want to pay off my balance sooner.. and I just want to work out the numbers.

I called member services and asked for the accounting department and they told me the balance.

Just call MS and follow the prompts to member accounting. They will be happy to tell you the balance due on any contracts, payments made or take payments over the phone.

Calling member accounting is fine, but is there any place to actually "see" where the payments are made.

When I look up dues payment, it lists the date each month the dues are deducted from my checking account and what the remaining balance owed is.

That's what I'd like to see for the financing.

as of this moment, no there is not a place to "see" your financing stuff. Maybe one day they'll add that to My DVC.

This is my biggest complaint about DVC. They do not send monthly statements and account balance information is not (yet) available on-line, the only way to get this information is to call.

The info is coming to the web at somepoint, but until then dial-away.
