I am sorry you had so much trouble with them.
I like getaway today so far three times later never had problems. I like when they offer the hard stock tickets and they are in my hand ready to go when we get there. Can't beat the payment plan they have. Worth it to me so I wont have to stand at a gate for 30-45 mins.
I admit to have looking at other places but ended up going back to getawaytoday.com this year.
