what weeks of the year would you say were the cheapest for a full and preferred hookup?

As Tiggerdad posted the link above, it is usually the first 3 weeks in January, then there are a couple weeks in August. January is when they do most of the ride rehabbing, so rides maybe closed. August is oppressively hot and humid, unless one likes the heat and humidity.

The problem here is the connotation that "Cheap" denotes. I prefer "Frugal" (or in this case, "More Frugal")
