Cheapest Place to buy a 1 day ticket?

Someone I work with is asking me where is the best and cheapest place to get a base 1 day ticket?

As I usually buy AP's didn't know what to tell him!

Any help would greatly be appreciated!

If I am not mistaken you can only get those at the gate, 2 days and up you can get through a retailer but not the one day.

I've looked high and low for cheap prices for one day and they just don't seem to exist. The gate is actually the best place to get them.
