Cheapest Place for Photo CDs?

Where is the cheapest place to have photo cds made? I'd like to have my photos from different trips/holidays/etc put onto CDs, and I was wondering what place everyone else orders from. I remember ordering one from Snapfish about 18 months ago and it was really expensive. TIA!

Have you looked at Costco's photo page? I seem to remember their photo cds are pretty cheap.

Do you have to be a member to get photo cd's through them? We don't have a membership, so not sure if that will work.

I think it's either $2.25 or $2.50 per cd at walmart.com. It's been a while since I've ordered them, so I'm relying on my very questionable memory.
