Looking to do an unplanned trip...what kind of deals can I get in the next 2 weeks?

I just checked the Universal website for our dates - July 18-25 - if you have an AP, the RPR is $169/nite. AAA rate is about $229/nite and hotels.com has HRH for $241/nite.
