Cheapest airlines out of Vancouver OR Seattle??

I found $99 per person each way with AirTran (for sept 5th departure, sept 13th return).
BUT, I just checked yesterday and they've raised it

Anyone know any other airlines that are good for having seat sales/deals in Sept?

We are flying out of Orlando on September 13th to Vancouver and the best deal we saw was on Expedia.ca for $276 one-way. Compare this to a few months ago, it cost $320 something for that same one-way.

We booked Air Tran $99 from Seattle for Sept also. If you keep eye they seem to release more seats at that price in the near future. That is how we found ours after we procrastinated the first time! I just kept checking vigilently.

Frontier has some good rates right now from Seattle... there's a AirTran seat sale on now, I just got an email on that. Southwest should be releasing dates too very soon.

Last September my friends got $99 from Seattle to Orlando (and back) on Delta. It was on a red-eye, and it did have a connection. Delta kept changing the flight segments on them (apparently it's quite common) so if you book through them, keep checking your itinerary, even up to the day before you leave. Delta did fix it all for free, but at one point they had them flying from Seattle to Atlanta, then up to Cincinatti, then to Orlando. Instead of just continuing on to Orlando from Atlanta.... very strange.

Also I've heard that Air Alaska sometimes has good seat sales, and they do offer non-stop flights from Seattle to Orlando. They tend to offer fares of $75 or less from Vancouver to Seattle, so you might be able to use them for just that portion, and switch airlines in Seattle. If you don't want to drive to Seattle.

We got return airfare for $309 Cdn out of Seattle for April 28 on United.

My sentiments exactly! I want to get the $59 - $99 deals!
I'd love to get something under 150 out of Vancouver, but I'd doubt that will happen, lol

Oh what I would do to get 150 flight out of Vancouver.... no long drive to seattle, no sleep, park and fly... wouldn't that be the life.. LOL

Dont get me wrong im glad other cities are getting good prices but how about us west coasters???

Looks like Ill be driving to seattle either late one night or very early one morning after sitting on that darn bc ferries for 2 hrs for another $100... each way...

hi there, we are flying to DL in just over 2 weeks...We are on vancouver island, so of course we wanted to fly out of vancouver...well, air canada wanted 3400 dollars for our family of 5 ...we are flying out of seattle for just over 1000 canadian...we actually got our flight and 10 nights in our hotel for way under what air canada wanted for our flight alone($2000 canadian for both)...CRAZY...(air canada eventually came down to 2400 dollars-still way crazy)...sucks, now we gotta drive to seattle but for what we save it is more than worth it...

That's a good rate. The best I've seen over the last year is $79 each way. We did (SEA-LAX) 3 times last year.

Tampa is also another option since just over an hour from Tampa to Orlando. Southwest has fares for $99.00.

After reading your post, I went and checked Orbitz for our flights. I've already booked, so not sure what good it would do me. For once, I made the right move - We paid $299USD for our flights direct from Seattle, now over $600USD.

Either through Air Tran or Southwest
