i woke this morning at 4:30 unable to get back to sleep because ap rates came out today. At 5:30 finally get up, check the rates, look everything over and finally made my decision. But the online refused to accept me pressing the terms and conditions. So after several attempts I decide to get ready for work and then try. Still problems, everything was right but it refused to allow me to except the terms and conditions.
So I only had a few more minutes before work so I call. I get the chattier cm in the world, talk talk talk, refusing to work faster. 20 minutes and she finally gets what I want but wait a minute, almost $500 more expensive. So I give up with her. After a few minutes I call back, different cast member, same price as the first. I specify exactly what I want to make sure she has it, I ask her if she remembered ap rate. Yes. So I said forget it.
I get to work, go online and try again, finally got the room and the conceirrge level, and everything I wanted for $500 less than both cast members would give and they both said they had it right. Don't know if I got the deal of a live time, or if there is a huge problems with the computers. But forwarned anyone calling in today anyway, you may be paying higher than if you do it online.
