Cheap seat sale from Halifax!!

I would love to take advantage of this but can't....take a look at flights in January to Orlando return on Transatholidays.ca. They have a price on of $64 and tax. $280 per person taxes in. That is an incredible price. If it wasn't for having to travel from Newfoundland to get to Halifax I would probably book it tonight.

My 76 year old mother and my 17 year old niece are taking advantage of this deal. Wish we could. In fact I think it's even cheaper now...$23 flights so around $230/person. Incredible. Says a lot about the economy...

Yet sad that a $23 flight (so $46 round trip) still comes out to over $200 with taxes. Crazy.

The taxes will always there so we have to just put up with it....it is still an amazing deal. I would love to book this offer, but I am going to wait a few more months until I have enough airmiles to fly right from Deer Lake, NL to Orlando. Sad this is that it will still almost cost me the same amount using airmiles as it would to book this flight.
