You can buy the Disney ones at most any gift shop. I think they run around $8 each. A little pricey, but they are good quality. They can be quite warm if it's humid though.
Walmart may have others that are not too expensive.
We got ours at Dollar Giant - they're yellow & much sturdier than the clear Dollarama ones. Of course the last time we were at WDW we got caught in unexpected rain and had to buy a pair of Disney ones anyways!
Try Dollarama, they had some for $1.50 that were reasonable quality provided you just want to wear them for the trip and then toss them, that's what we did last May and it worked out well.
There'a always Wal-Mart or Canadian Tire if you want to spens a little more.
I've also found them at some small variety stores in my area like Big Bear and Hastey Mart, figure that one out
The ones in the parks are around $8.....we have had ours for about 8 trips now and they are great.
If you are going to have a car in Orlando you can get the same quality ponchos from Walmart or Target for about $4. They have a bunch of different characters. You can get Mickey, Princesses, Shamu, Spongebob.....I'm know there are more but I can't remember them all. We have one of these as well.
I just purchased one each for all of us at Walmart in the camping section. They have red, yellow, blue or green and they were 5 dollars each.
Hope that helps!!

If you buy the WDW ponchos and anything happens to them (rips, tears) you can take them to any store and get a new one as a replacement. I find if you buy cheap ponchos at the dollar store they will not last for an entire day before they start to fall apart.
I got ours at Walmart but never needed them so not sure how good they are. Lots of people seem to buy a bunch of dollar store ones, throw them out after 1 use & then use another the next day. They figure for a dollar who cares, but I think of all those ponchos in landfills so I wanted to be able to use ours more than once.
