Cheap Rain Ponchos

Does anyone have a link or suggestion for where to find cheap/cute rain ponchos? I haven't seen a thread like this one. Thanks!!

Does Walmart have children sizes? I have DS9 and DS4. Both are tall for their ages but would still need smaller sizes. Anywhere else for children sizes?

How much are the ones in the park?

I almost bought the ones at Target today, glad I didn't although they had two childrens kinds, one was Coleman brand for about $4 and an Eddie Bauer for about $8. Anyone know if these are worthwhile? Or should I just chance it and buy them at the park? I have read one of the downsides is that everyone looks a like.

Any suggestions or opinions would be great?
