Cheap place to park car out of Midway in Chicago???

My parents got a really good deal out of Indy. Does anyone know good places to park and fly at Midway??

OK....I give up...if they are flying out of Indy why do they want to park at Midway????? Kind of a long hike into the terminal from there

Sorry for the confusion. I am flying from Midway, my parents from Indy and meeting in Fl. They have a park and fly place for like$4. I can't find anyting cheaper then $8 or 9$ near Midway. Was hoping someone else new a place?

How long are you going to be gone? If you are going to be gone long enough you might want to try checking with some hotels near the airport. Some will allow you to leave your car if you stay one night with them and then shuttle to the airport. This may be cheaper then other parking lots if your stay is lengthy enough.

Depending on where in the Chicago area you live, you could allways take the train to MDW. If not, I would also suggest looking into a hotel parking type situation...

I travel in and out of Midway several times a week. The lot at 72nd and Cicero is about the best deal at $8 per day. Other lots may be slightly cheaper, but I feel what you save in dollars you will sacrifice in safety (both personal and automotive). The city of Chicago holds sway over this lot as well, so there are no shenanigans going on within this lot.

Midway ParkSavers is the best! They have an online coupon for a free day. They are located right outside the Orange Line train entrance, so you don't even need to take a shuttle. You just park, walk across the street, and enter the airport by the train station. I hate the Midway-owned lots because the shuttles are a zoo; if you're not assertive, you'll find yourself being elbowed out of the way and not even getting on before they fill. The only bad thing about ParkSavers is that some of the spots are small/tight if you have a large vehicle, so choose wisely.
