Cheap gasoline at WDW?

Over the years it has seemed to me that the gasoline prices at the Exxon stations in WDW have been high relative to those outside the park. When I was visiting last week I noted that the stations are under new management (Hess) and that the price at the station near the Magic Kingdom parking lot was $1.72 per gallon for regular. This was equal to the lowest prices I saw in Orlando at places like Racetrac, who are always on the low side. I hope this is not just a promotional price and signals a new appraoch of lower prices for more business. It is worth checking out.
