Okay, not a European holiday but this offer from Travel Zoo caught my eye today, I'd love to do it, but sadly, cannot.

£999 Maiden transatlantic (Southampton to New York) 7 night cruise, followed by a 4* four night stay in New York and return flight back to London Heathrow. This offer includes an upgrade to a balcony cabin.
