Another perk is the travel insurance on any trip paid for with the card. We had to make a claim for airfare penalty after we had to cancel a trip in Feb for medical reasons and the process was easy and payment within 6 weeks

I received a targeted offer in the fall and got one (and added ds for an extra 5k)Dh was mad he didn't get one, so I applied yesterday and he got instant approval (we both already have one from years ago, so I wasn't sure this would work) We use these miles for hawaii, which is 45k roundtrip(with saver award), so now we have enough for 2.5 more round Trips!
