Chase freedom 10% at kohls...can use on non kohls gift card??

So kohls sells gift cards...can I buy them instore with chase freedom card and get the 10% kohls rebate on my statement.
I am thinking of doing that for gas and home depot

In addition if I buy kohls gift cards can use them online on the next 30% kohls deal. I find online you can still get the 30% using gift cards and not your kohls charge..
