Chase Disney Visa Points Special

Yesterday I heard something on the radio in Atlanta about a website to sign up for special extra points for current Chase Credit Card holders. It did not mention Disney, but Disney is a Chase card. I cannot locate it anywhere and could not hear the web address.

If anyone knows, I would appreciate the reply.
