Does anyone know how DCL handles limits on your debit cards? I know that our debit card has $1,000 limit per day, and I wanted to make sure that we will be able to pay our shipboard account with our debit card, but I didn't know exactly how this would be handled if our account were to go over this amount. Does anyone know or have any recommendations? Thanks!

DCL won't do anything, but they do have a $500 limit on the account before they put a charge through. Which means, once your shipboard account gets above $500, DCL will charge that balance to the credit card on file. So, you won't have to worry about getting to your daily charging limit.

Also, I meant to ask...can you pay for your charges in cash instead of having them ALL put on the card?

YES If you didn't want a charge to go through your debt card, you would have to give DCL the cash before hitting the $500 limit.
